☆Management Trainee Job Description:
As an entry level management person, you will learn the operation of our business from the ground up. Working side by side with one of our district training managers, you will get your hands on experience as well as an awareness of our company culture and business philosophy.
☆Duties And Responsibilities:
1:Developing a strong assistant manager
2:Marketing our services to other facilities in the area
3:Acting as a liaison between the facility and HCSG
4:Recruitment and training of all front line staff
5:Responsibility for daily payroll and budget management
6:Managing a staff between 10-25 employees
☆Position Requirements:
1:Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills
2:Ability to work independently
3:Technical aptitude and interest in industrial sales
4:Prior experience with solution selling to our end use markets such as welding and gases or similar is desired but not required
5:2 years experience, preferably in a professional sales environment
6:A Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
☆Salary: $10.00 - $13.00 Hourly DOE
