☆Transportation Dispatcher Job Description:
The primary function of the area planner is to insure service standards are met by effectively planning pickup and delivery routes and managing pick up & delivery drivers in assigned area.
☆Duties And Responsibilities:
1:Process Driver messages and questions in timely manner
2:Provide excellent support to our customers
3:Identify possible service failures and make a plan to correct
4:Effectively communicate issues to all levels, customers, drivers, and management
5:Manage night/weekend operation with little supervision
☆Position Requirements:
1:Must have working knowledge of geography and time zones in North America
2:Computer literate/knowledge of Microsoft Office/TMW
3:Strong problem solving abilities and exceptional follow up skills
4:Ability to adapt to change easily
5:Must have knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
6:Must have good interaction with our customers and drivers
7:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
8:Ability to multi-task and be detailed oriented
☆Salary: $12.00 - $13.00 Hourly DOE
