☆Inventory Specialist Job Description:
This role is responsible for handling all aspects of the inventory process as well as prepare journal entries, monthly and year end closings, fixed assets maintenance and general ledger reconciliations
☆Duties And Responsibilities:
1:Provide training to other MDC personnel on inventory process improvements
2:Develop controls to reduce inventory variances
3:Daily interaction with Shop Floor Leadership on stock checks
4:Coordinate and lead annual Physical Inventory
5:Monitor and evaluate back orders on a daily basis
6:Monitor daily inventory balance including use of Negative Availability reports
7:Allocation of inbound product (special focus on Customer specific Warehouses)
8:Transactional processing of Returned Goods (RGAs)
9:Resolution of Corrective Action Responses relating to on-hand product (CARs)
10:Reconciliation of shipping and receiving discrepancies (SRDs)
11:Coordination & accounting of daily cycle counts
☆Position Requirements:
1:Familiar with AIT and RFID technologies
2:Strong interpersonal skills
3:Military veteran with ammunition/supply background
4:Experience in inventory/accountability discipline
5:5 yrs minimum experience in ammunition/supply field
6:Two years of college or equivalent work experience
☆Salary: $12.00 - $13.00 Hourly DOE
