☆Inventory Coordinator Job Description:

☆Duties And Responsibilities:
1:Plans and coordinates inventory cycle count program to ensure a high level of inventory control and accuracy
2:Plans and coordinates annual corporate inventory audits
3:Forecasts future instrument needs using the Instrument Forecasting Tool (IFT) on a quarterly basis
4:Monitors and analyzes courier usage in order to minimize transportation costs
5:Coordinates with Billing Specialist to ensure continuity between the inventory and billing processes
6:Tracks and adjusts consignment implant and instrument inventory according to changing demand patterns
7:Completes inventory transactions in the AS400 ordering system
8:Stores, replenishes and retrieves inventory in preparation for surgical cases
9:Communicates daily with sales force to schedule and plan for upcoming surgeries
☆Position Requirements:
1:3 - 5 years experience in Distribution, Inventory or Operational procedures
2:Work closely with Inventory Control to coordinate product movement, warehouse slotting changes & product rotation process
3:Assign & maintain product locations in WMS (Warehouse Management System)
4:Review & update warehouse maps
5:Generate move sheets for items requiring primary changes
6:Analyze Sales & Inventory data to determine product placement
7:Coordinate efforts of Velocity Team to execute projects in timely manner within guidelines & expectations
☆Salary: $11.00 - $13.00 Hourly DOE
