☆Duties And Responsibilities:
1:develops daily lesson plans; advises and tutors students;
2:maintains current and accurate attendance and grade records;
3:remains current in applicable program teaching field;
4:participates in faculty meetings, instructional seminars and in-service training sessions.
5:Under the general supervision of the Program Director delivers class and/or clinical instructions according to an approved course syllabus using accepted and effective teaching methods;
6:Participates in school activities such as faculty meetings, student functions, graduation exercises, open houses, new student orientations, and advisory board meetings.
☆Position Requirements:
1:Draft expert reports, affidavits, and other expert testimony
2:Form and articulate expert opinions based on analysis
3:Produce high quality oral and written work product presenting complex technical matters clearly and concisely
4:Provide creative and innovative solutions for client matters
5:Perform forensic analysis
6:Preserve, harvest, and process electronic data according to the firm's policies and practices
7:Consult with clients regarding Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards and opine on the validity of findings of non-compliance in QIRA reports of compromise
☆Salary: $11.00 - $13.00 Hourly DOE
