☆Document Controller Job Description:
We are currently looking to hire a Document Controller to work out of our White Plains New York Branch office with our estimating and business development teams on new bid as we expand our business practice here in the USA nationally.
☆Duties And Responsibilities:
1:Overall management of files for bids, prequalifications and various other important memos
2:Regular review, renewal, and updating of company prequalifications with states, DOT's and other clients
3:Project trafficing
4:FTP file maintenance and distribution
5:Administrative and research assistance with prequalifications
6:Preparing reports on a weekly, monthly, and special purpose basis
☆Position Requirements:
1:Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
2:5+ years of experience in structuring Bills of Material.
3:7+ years of experience in use of a Product Lifecycle Management tool (preferably in a telecommunications product development company).
4:High school graduate required, some college preferred.
5:Excellent communications skills.
6:Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities.
7:Strong teamworking skills.
8:Oracle Configurator experience is a plus.
☆Salary: $13.00 - $15:00 Hourly DOE
