☆Bank Controller Job Description:
We are looking for a controller with 10+ years experience.Qualified candidates must have a CPA, worked in all facets of Bank management, including but not limited to Loans, Credit, Operations, Regulatory reporting etc.
☆Duties And Responsibilities:
1:Identify, interpret, and instruct New York Unit personnel on financial accounting and regulatory reporting matters.
2:Approve maintenance to the charts of accounts.
3:Review reconciliation certification reports.
4:Address general support issues related to payroll, premises, insurance, etc.
5:Ensure adequate controls are in place to meet audit and other compliance requirements
6:Manage the forecasting and budgeting processes
7:Report on and manage the investment in working capital and cash levels
8:Prepare and present financial analysis to senior management and appropriate committees in New York as directed by the General Manager.
9:Ensure that management information is produced on a timely and accurate basis
10:Drive proactive decision support into the business
11:Review and approve regulatory reports and tax schedules.
☆Position Requirements:
1:Hands-on leader who can quickly establish credibility throughout the organization
2:Four-year college degree in accounting or financial management; advanced degree in business preferred.
3:Sarbanes-Oxley implementation experience
4:Able to breakdown complex situations into manageable components
5:Excellent written and verbal communication skills
☆Salary: $10.00 - $13:00 Hourly DOE
